Dividends & share buybacks

At ASM we aim to pay a sustainable annual dividend. Annually, the Supervisory Board, upon proposal of the Management Board, will assess the amount of dividend that will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

On May 13, 2024, the AGM approved a dividend of €2.75 per share, marking the 14^th consecutive year that ASM has paid a dividend. 

• Ex-dividend date: May 15, 2024
• Record date: May 16, 2024
• Payment date: May 22, 2024

On February 27, 2024 ASM announced that its Management Board authorized a new repurchase program of up to €150 million of the company's common shares within the 2024/25 timeframe. The program started on May 15, 2024. 

Weekly update share buyback:

In the week of June 24, 2024, we purchased 750 shares at an average of EUR 700.21. Of the total program, 39.4% has been repurchased. For additional details on the weekly update, click on this link.
