Facility Specialist II

^{We are looking for a talented Facility Specialist II to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.}

^{Manage all aspects of projects, including scheduling, quality control, change orders, vendor coordination, cost management, invoicing, permit coordination, understanding construction plans and documents, and additional vendor management.}

^{Job Duties}

• ^{Oversee change orders, contract negotiation and review, ensure quality assurance, and manage vendor relationships.}
• ^{Effective communication skills to engage with employees, management, vendors, and stakeholders.}
• ^{Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners.}
• ^{Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.}
• ^{Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Project, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.}
• ^{On-call support required (weekly rotation)}

^Experience 

• ^{Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a semiconductor facility or related manufacturing industry.}
