Drive financial planning and analysis for strategic success
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will lead key financial planning and analysis functions, providing strategic insights that empower decision-making and drive organizational performance. With a focus on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, you’ll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, multinational organization.
What you will be working on:
- Conduct monthly variance analysis on actuals vs. budget vs. forecast for OPEX and CAPEX in corporate functions.
- Perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including uploading data to Anaplan.
- Prepare monthly financial analysis updates for key stakeholders.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of Power BI dashboard data.
- Monitor real-time financial performance, including reviewing account and cost center coding.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive financial experience, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis within multinational corporations.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end SAP processes, particularly procure-to-pay (P2P).
- Proficiency in SAP ECC, Analysis for Office (AFO), and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
- Experience with Anaplan and Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of handling large data volumes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to support regional and Singapore stakeholders.
