Your mission

As an IT Senior Business Analyst, you will develop and implement IT solutions tailored to support semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specializing in field services management, spare parts logistics, and knowledge management. Through your analytical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll deliver innovative solutions that align technology strategies with business goals to drive organizational success.

What you will be working on

  • Strategic Planning: Create and maintain a business unit demand list as input into a multi-year strategic roadmap.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business strategies into co-created actionable roadmaps across domains such as field services, spare parts logistics, and knowledge management.
  • IT Solution Design: Orchestrate cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that optimize business processes for field services and spare parts logistics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage closely with stakeholders and sponsors to define initiative scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Business Analysis: Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement efforts to support business unit operations.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive achievement of organizational goals.

What we are looking for

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business analysis, IT roles, or a combination of both.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.
  • 5+ years of IT business analysis and process re-engineering experience in a multicultural/global environment.
  • Proven ability to influence senior-level business leaders and drive organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry knowledge of Wafer Fab Equipment (WFE) processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in field services and spare parts logistics domains.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping approaches.
