Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Taiwan Region Account, collaborating with them to develop forecasts and maximize market share for products such as ALD or PEALD/PECVD or EPI or Furnace or SiC..etc.
- Stay up-to-date on product launches and provide feedback to corporate teams to support product development aligned with customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies to achieve business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, proactively responding to changes to ensure ASM’s product offerings remain competitive.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key opinion leaders to increase customer loyalty and expand market presence.
- Partner with customer service and internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high-quality experience.
Job Location: Hsinchu; travel in Taiwan required (<40%)
Requirements
- BS/BE or above.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, account management, product management, or technical management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Good prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across various organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proven leadership, prioritization, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Self-motivated and passionate about driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions with resilience and creativity.
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor market landscape.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships in technical industries.
- Familiarity with Taiwan market trends and networks.
