- Alternatively, an MSc in a relevant field with significant industry experience in semiconductor/materials research.
- Strong understanding of device physics, semiconductor technology, and process integration.
- Hands-on experience with cleanroom processing techniques, including lithography, wet etch, dry etch, and PVD depositions.
- Familiarity with electrical testing methodologies such as C-V and Jg-V measurements and experience with automated probers.
- Expertise in thin film deposition techniques (e.g., ALD, CVD) and characterization methods (e.g., XPS, AFM, XRD, TEM, and ellipsometry).
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, drive pragmatic solutions, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
What sets you apart:
- A curious and innovative mindset, eager to explore and solve complex challenges.
- Ability to plan, execute, and lead projects from concept to completion.
- Passion for personal and professional growth, with a proactive attitude toward career development.
What we offer:
