Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio sits in the Global IT Applications team, responsible in supporting a global IT network.
  • Hands-on technical configuration, implementation, and solution management on SAP FI / CO modules (a plus).
  • Create detailed functional and technical analysis & designs, perform Unit testing, and SIT, conduct UAT, regression test and release to production system.
  • Keep IT Team Lead and Process owners informed of progress on new and enhancement requests.
  • Liaise with third party vendors (quotations, service requests)
  • Handle Service Request and Incidents for assigned area, Problem Management if applicable.
  • Handle change/enhancement requests, working closely with IT Team Lead to improve the existing system designs, and implement robust maintainable IT application solutions.
  • Ensure that standards are adhered to for documentation, development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong process and functional knowledge in SAP FI and CO (a plus) with strong integration with SD, MM, PS and PP areas.
  • Knowledge and experience in S4 HANA is a must.
  • Knowledge and experience in Concur, ARIBA, and Blackline System is a plus.
  • 8+ years' experience in solution implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end implementation cycles involvement
  • Project management experience (essential but not mandatory) with hands-on technical configuration experience in FI / CO modules
  • Process oriented thinking and knowledge in integration with other SAP ERP module
  • Strong stakeholder management across 3rd party support and business leaders with good oral and written communication skills
  • Must have hands on configuration experience in SAP FI (GL, AR/AP, Asset, Bank Accounting-Host to Host and EBS, Taxation).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Established experience in the orchestration of management reporting.
