Job's mission: Optimize HR excellence for global impact

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, People Data, Processes & Systems to join our Data, Process and Systems Center of Excellence (COE) in Almere, Netherlands. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our HR processes and systems to ensure seamless service delivery for our global business units. You will bring your expertise to optimize systems, improve processes, and promote innovative solutions that support a dynamic, high-performing HR organization.


What you will be working on:

Optimize HR processes and systems

  • Provide first-level support for core HR systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive automation initiatives and implement process improvements.
  • Create user-friendly documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Test and roll out system updates and enhancements.

Enhance the HR portal, information, and data

  • Advocate for the HR portal as the primary resource for employees and managers.
  • Perform mass data uploads and generate accurate, insightful reports.
  • Support the development of HR dashboards to meet organizational data needs.

Contribute to global HR projects

  • Provide process, data, and systems expertise to key global HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing HR processes and systems.
  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in HR service delivery, system administration, and process optimization.
  • Proven track record in managing global system implementation projects.
  • Comfort working in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Background in the semiconductor or high-tech industries is a plus.
