ASM INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
ASM International N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: ASM) today announces the voting results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 20, 2019, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The shareholders approved all resolutions as proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The main approved resolutions include the following:
The financial statements for the year 2018 were adopted, and the shareholders granted discharge to the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board from liability in relation to the exercise of their duties in the financial year 2018.
The shareholders also voted in favor of the dividend payment of € 1.00 per common share and approved the proposed withdrawal of 5,000,000 common shares.
