ASM INTERNATIONAL N.V. ANNOUNCES AVAILABILITY AND TIMING OF THE FIRST QUARTER 2019 CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

This press release replaces the previous release issued earlier on April 4, 2019, to correct for the timing of the conference call

ASM International N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: ASM) will report operating results for the 2019 first quarter (which ended on March 31, 2019) at approximately:

  • 18:00 p.m. Continental European Time - Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
  • 12:00 p.m. US Eastern Time - Wednesday, April 24, 2019.

ASM International will furthermore host an investor conference call and webcast on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 16:00 Continental European Time (10:00 a.m. - US Eastern Time).
