Mr. Vedula took on the role of Senior Vice President Global Sales at ASM in April 2025 and simultaneously joined the executive committee.

Srini has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry, with a strong record of driving sales growth and building customer partnerships across global markets. Prior to ASM, he spent more than seven years at Onto Innovation, most recently serving as Head of Sales and Customer Success, where he led revenue diversification into advanced packaging and power device markets.

Earlier, Srini was General Manager at Nanometrics, where he introduced 3D optical metrology solutions for logic and memory process control. He began his career at KLA, holding a range of roles in product development, marketing, and applications over a 16-year tenure.

Srini holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is a US national.
