On November 24, 2023, ASM was excited to receive two HR Asia awards at a ceremony in Singapore. 

HR Asia is the leading publication for HR professionals in Asia. Their annual awards recognize organizations that have been identified by their own employees as one of Asia’s leading employers.

The two awards granted to ASM are:

• HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award 2023
• HR Asia Most Caring Company Award 2023

The Best Companies to Work for in Asia award recognizes organizations that employees identify as an employer of choice, with the best HR practices, high levels of employee engagement, and an excellent workplace culture.

The Most Caring Company award celebrates companies implementing practices and policies that prioritize the wellbeing of employees and emphasize teamwork, care, and empathy.

Our hub in Singapore is our company’s largest site in Asia Pacific with over 1,000 employees. It is their ideas and passion that help up drive industry progress and our company’s success. 

We want all our people to thrive as they build a fulfilling long-term career. That’s why we initiated many sitewide and companywide programs to support our people throughout Asia in the fields of diversity, equity and inclusion; wellness and well-being; digital transformation; and more. Examples of our initiatives in these areas include:
