An interview with Hichem M'Saad, ASM's new CEO
On May 13, Hichem M'Saad started his new role as ASM's Chief Executive Officer as Benjamin Loh’s tenure came to a close.

Hichem joined ASM almost a decade ago, in 2015, as the senior vice president and general manager of the Thermal Products business unit.
In 2022, he was appointed as a member of our Management Board and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing our technical product portfolio, platform group, and future technologies. An experienced, passionate leader, Hichem has been instrumental in ASM's leading technologies and products and a key driver in our 'Growth through Innovation' strategy.
